WT-312 Portable Water Flosser
A flexible 180 ml model available with USB-C charging or replaceable batteries for travel and entry-level retail programs.

Give your customers effective interdental cleaning in a compact format designed for travel, home use, and convenient storage.

A portable water flosser is a compact oral care device that uses pressurized water pulses to clean between teeth and along the gumline. Unlike countertop models, it combines the handle, pump, battery, and water reservoir in one handheld unit, making it easier to store and carry.
A portable water flosser is suitable for daily cleaning, business travel, holidays, and limited bathroom spaces. Depending on your market, you can select different tank capacities, pressure settings, cleaning modes, nozzle combinations, and charging systems. Besman supports private-label development for entry-level, mid-range, and premium portable oral care product lines.

Features
Charge the portable water flosser and fill the reservoir with lukewarm water. Insert the selected nozzle, start with the lowest pressure setting, and lean over the sink. Place the tip inside your mouth at a 90-degree angle to the gumline, then switch on the device. Move slowly along the gumline and pause between teeth. After cleaning, turn off the unit, empty the remaining water, and allow the reservoir to dry.

Empty and rinse your portable water flosser after every use, then leave the reservoir open to air-dry. For deeper cleaning, remove the nozzle and water tank, wash them with warm, soapy water, and rinse thoroughly. If permitted by the manufacturer, run diluted white vinegar through the internal system to reduce mineral buildup. Finish by flushing with clean water and wiping the handle with a soft, damp cloth.
Empty and rinse your portable water flosser after every use, then leave the reservoir open to air-dry. Perform a deeper cleaning every one to three months to remove mineral buildup from the tank, nozzle, and internal water path. Use only cleaning solutions approved by the manufacturer, then flush the system thoroughly with clean water. Flosser tips should also be cleaned regularly and replaced approximately every three to six months.

Use a portable water flosser once daily to clean between teeth and along the gumline, preferably as part of your evening oral care routine. It is especially useful for people with braces, implants, crowns, bridges, sensitive gums, or limited hand mobility. You can use it before brushing to loosen trapped debris or after brushing to clean areas the toothbrush may have missed.
Use a water flosser once daily for about one minute, or until you have cleaned the inner and outer surfaces of every tooth. Guide the nozzle slowly along the gumline and pause briefly between teeth for more complete coverage. People with braces, implants, or specific gum-care needs may require more frequent use based on professional advice. Always follow your dentist’s guidance and the operating instructions provided with your device.

A 180 ml tank is suitable for compact travel models and space-efficient packaging. Larger capacities, such as 280 ml, reduce the need for refilling and provide a stronger daily-use experience. The best option depends on your target users, retail price, product dimensions, and shipping requirements. Besman can help you compare capacity, portability, and cleaning time before selecting a model.
Yes. You can customize the product color, logo, nozzle combination, pressure settings, cleaning modes, packaging, user manual, barcode label, and shipping carton. Available options depend on the selected model, order quantity, and technical requirements. Structural, electronic, or accessory changes may require additional evaluation, tooling, testing, and development time before sample approval and mass production.
The standard MOQ is normally 1,000 pieces per model. For a first trial order, Besman may support 500 pieces for selected models and standard configurations. Custom plastic colors, special packaging, new accessories, or structural modifications may require a higher quantity. The final MOQ should be confirmed after reviewing your model, color, logo, packaging, and market requirements.
Standard portable water flosser samples normally require around 7–15 working days. Available samples without customization may be prepared faster, while custom colors, logos, packaging, or technical changes require additional time. Before sample production, the model, charging method, nozzle set, artwork, and testing requirements should be confirmed to ensure the approved sample matches the intended mass-production configuration.
USB-C charging is suitable for modern retail and travel markets because users can share common charging cables. Replaceable-battery models are useful for price-sensitive channels or locations where charging access is limited. Charging-base versions provide a stronger home-use presentation. Your choice should consider target cost, product positioning, local charging habits, packaging size, and expected battery life.
Portable water flossers can be checked for water pressure, pulse performance, leakage, charging, battery operation, waterproof structure, nozzle installation, noise, appearance, and packaging condition. Incoming components, assembly processes, aging tests, and final inspections help maintain consistent production quality. The exact inspection standard and required reports can be discussed according to your product configuration and target market.
Yes. Replacement nozzles can be included with the initial order or supplied separately for future sales. Available types may include standard, orthodontic, periodontal, plaque-control, and tongue-cleaning tips, depending on model compatibility. You can also customize nozzle quantity, color identification, individual packaging, and retail multipacks to support accessory sales and longer customer use.
