Welcome to Besman Technology ("Besman," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at besmantech.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and business partners who access or use the Site for any purpose, including browsing product information, requesting quotations, placing orders, or contacting our team.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• "Site" refers to besmantech.com and all its subpages.
• "Company," "we," "us," or "Besman" refers to Besman Technology, a manufacturer of oral care electrical appliances headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Site.
• "Products" refers to electric toothbrushes, water flossers, replacement brush heads, dental care accessories, pet care devices, and related products offered by Besman.
• "OEM/ODM" refers to Original Equipment Manufacturing and Original Design Manufacturing services provided by Besman to business clients.
• "Quotation" refers to a formal price quote issued by Besman in response to an inquiry.
• "Order" refers to a confirmed purchase order placed by a client for Products manufactured by Besman.
• "MOQ" refers to Minimum Order Quantity.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including learning about our products, requesting quotations, and communicating with our sales team. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its server, database, or backend systems.
• Introduce or attempt to introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code to the Site.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site content without prior written permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to extract data without our express consent.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or provide false or misleading information.
• Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).

Violations may result in termination of access and, where appropriate, legal action.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to product designs, images, logos, text, graphics, layout, software, and documentation, is the property of Besman or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Site without prior written consent.
• Use the Besman name, logo, or brand elements without authorization.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

For OEM/ODM clients, intellectual property rights related to custom designs, molds, and branding are governed by the separate manufacturing agreement signed between the parties. The Site content does not transfer any IP rights to users.

We make every effort to ensure that product information, including specifications, features, and images, is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current at all times. Product specifications may change without notice as part of continuous improvement.

Pricing displayed on the Site (if any) is for reference only and does not constitute a binding offer. Actual pricing for OEM/ODM orders is determined through formal quotations based on:

• Product model and customization level
• Order quantity (MOQ applies)
• Materials and components selected
• Packaging and labeling requirements
• Current raw material and exchange rate conditions

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

To place an order, please contact us through the Site's contact form, email, or other communication channels provided. A formal quotation will be issued after we review your requirements.

Orders are confirmed upon:

• Written acceptance of the quotation by the client.
• Receipt of the required deposit payment (typically 30% of the total order value).
• Completion and signing of the manufacturing agreement (for OEM/ODM orders).

Besman reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at any stage prior to production commencement. If an order is cancelled by Besman before production, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

Once production has commenced, cancellation by the client is subject to the terms specified in the manufacturing agreement, and the deposit may be non-refundable.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard payment terms are:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation.
• 70% balance before shipment (upon receipt of pre-shipment photos and inspection report).

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank wire transfer (T/T) — most common
• Letter of Credit (L/C) — for orders exceeding USD $50,000
• PayPal — for sample orders under USD $5,000
• Western Union — for small orders

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Bank charges and transfer fees are borne by the client. Payment must be received in full before shipment is released.

Shipping methods available include sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS), and rail freight (to Europe). The default trade term is FOB Shenzhen unless otherwise agreed.

Estimated delivery times (from shipment date):

• Sea freight: 25-40 days to major ports
• Air freight: 5-10 days
• Express courier: 3-7 days
• Rail freight (Europe): 18-25 days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Besman is not liable for delays caused by customs, port congestion, weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (for FOB terms) or upon delivery to the specified destination (for DDP terms), as specified in the quotation.

Besman warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods:

• Electric toothbrushes and water flossers: 12 months from manufacture date
• Accessories (brush heads, nozzles): 6 months

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., bristle wear on brush heads).
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Damage during shipping by third-party carriers.
• Products used beyond their intended lifespan.

Disclaimer: The Site and all information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Besman does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Besman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any Products, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or information.
• Business interruption.
• Cost of substitute products or services.

Besman's total liability arising from any product order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. When you contact us through the Site, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, and message content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and processing orders.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely for:

• Responding to inquiries and quotations.
• Processing and fulfilling orders.
• Sending product updates and relevant communications (with your consent).
• Complying with legal obligations.

As a B2B manufacturer, our return and refund policy is governed by the terms specified in each manufacturing agreement. The general policy is as follows:

• Defective products: Products found defective within the warranty period will be replaced free of charge in the next shipment or credited against future orders.
• Incorrect products: If Besman ships products that do not match the agreed specifications, we will arrange replacement or correction at our expense.
• Sample orders: Sample fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward subsequent bulk orders.
• Custom-made products: OEM/ODM products manufactured to client specifications cannot be returned except for quality defects.

All claims for defective or incorrect products must be reported within 15 days of receiving the shipment, accompanied by photos and a description of the issue.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site or any Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from commercial transactions (orders, quotations, manufacturing agreements) shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Shenzhen, China, in accordance with the rules of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).

For disputes regarding website usage, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Shenzhen, China.

Besman reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice on the Site's homepage.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Site.
